Young co-founded RODO Medical in 2009 with Mike Winzeler, co-founder and board member. When he moved to
Silicon Valley in 2008, Young was introduced to founding members of Align Technology who were instrumental
in networking and raising funds for the Company. Since then, Young raised more than $30 million and achieved
important company milestones including 30+ patents, FDA clearances, CE Mark and strategic partnerships with
major dental companies. Young also co-founded Enview Technologies with Mr. Winzeler in 2005 based on his
Ph.D. thesis and a patented technology which was used in automotive industry.
Mike Girard, President

Mr. Girard brings over 40 years of experience in launching and building successful digital
companies in dentistry, including CEO of Microdental, Nobel Procera as part of Nobel Biocare's Global
Management Team, Brontes Technologies, which was acquired by 3M, and Diadem Precision Technology, which was
acquired by Ivoclar-Vivadent.
Benjamin Wu, CCO
Chief Clinical Officer and Co-Chair of RODO Clinical Advisory Board
Dr. Wu is an accomplished prosthodontist and PhD scholar. He currently serves as Chair of UCLA Division of
Advanced Prosthodontics, Chair of Biomaterials Science and Executive Director of UCLA Innovative Digital
Dentistry Systems. Dr. Wu received his Engineering PhD from MIT and Advanced Prosthodontics from Harvard
University.
Veronika Jedlicka, VP Client Relations

Ms. Jedlicka has more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry and joined RODO Medical
in August 2017. She has held various management roles including sales/marketing, customer onboarding and
education, and overseeing new product launches and operations. Ms. Jedlicka holds a degree in Registered
Nursing.
James Park, VP Operations
MS, Vice President of Operation
Mr. Park was the #2 employee of RODO Medical and has over 15 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing,
QA and Regulatory Affairs in the medical device industry at startup companies. He holds a dual BSE in
Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science from University of Michigan, and an MSE in Aerospace Engineering
from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Bill Hodges, VP Business Development RDP

Mr. Hodges has over 10 years of experience in executive and sales management in the hospital and healthcare
industry. Over the past 7 years Mr. Hodges has been developing and supporting dentists, support staff and
dental labs in the Midwest region at Aurum Group and Microdental. Mr. Hodges holds a Biological Science degree
from Wayne State University.
Jessica Degroat, VP Operation RDP

Ms. Degroat has been promoted to the current role after the acquisition of CORE3d by RODO Medical. Prior
to the promotion, she had been the Operations Manager at the HQs and its facility in Troy, MI since 2009.
She has been instrumental in maintaining daily operations and generating stead growth annually while directly
reporting to the president. Ms. Degroat holds a degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
Dan Meyers, General Counsel

Mr. Meyers has spent 25 years advising private and public technology companies in mergers and acquisitions,
licensing and commercial transactions, private financing transactions and corporate governance, both as a
partner in a major national law firm and in solo practice. Dan received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Arman Pahlavan, Corporate Counsel

Mr. Pahlavan has extensive experience advising corporate clients in cross border transactions, including
their listings on U.S. and international stock exchanges. His knowledge encompasses a range of industries
including software/mobile, AR/VR, cryptocurrencies/blockchain, digital health/life sciences, and energy
technologies.
