Dr. Ben Wu is Professor and Chair of the Division of Advanced Prosthodontics, and the Director of the Weintraub Center for Reconstructive Biotechnology and the Executive Director of the Innovative Digital Dentistry Systems (iDDS) at the School of Dentistry.

Greg Garfield

Mr. Garfield held a number of executive-level legal and business development positions in different Guidant operating companies. Following Guidants acquisition by Boston Scientific, Greg joined Acclarent, Inc. where he served initially as Vice President of Corporate Development, and then as Chief Operating Officer through the acquisition and integration of Acclarent by Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. Greg currently serves as a Senior Managing Director at KCK Group
Mike Winzeler

Mr. Winzeler is a co-founder of RODO Medical and has 25 years of manufacturing /management experience. Since 1997, he has served as President/CEO of Winzeler Stamping Co. located in Montpelier, OH. He co-founded Enview Technologies, LLC in 2001 and currently serves as its president.
Benjamin Wu

Dr. Wu is an accomplished prosthodontist and PhD scholar. He currently serves as Chair of UCLA Division of Advanced Prosthodontics, Chair of Biomaterials Science and Executive Director of UCLA Innovative Digital Dentistry Systems. Dr. Wu received his Engineering PhD from MIT and Advanced Prosthodontics from Harvard University.

Young co-founded RODO Medical in 2009 with Mike Winzeler, co-founder and board member. When he moved to Silicon Valley in 2008, Young was introduced to founding members of Align Technology who were instrumental in networking and raising funds for the Company. Since then, Young raised more than $30 million and achieved important company milestones including 30+ patents, FDA clearances, CE Mark and strategic partnerships with major dental companies. Young also co-founded Enview Technologies with Mr. Winzeler in 2005 based on his Ph.D. thesis and a patented technology which was used in automotive industry.
Amir Abolfathi

Mr. Abolfathi was a former board member of RODO Medical and is currently a co-founder and CEO of ULab Systems, an orthodontic aligner company in Menlo Park, CA. He has over 30 years of operating experience in the healthcare industry focused on developing and commercializing dental products, cardiovascular devices, hearing prosthetics, and genomic diagnostics & analytics. Prior to ULab, Mr. Abolfathi was the former CEO at Tusker Medical and Sonitus Medical and served as Vice President of R&D at Align Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGN).
Seung June Oh

Mr. Oh currently serves as the US CEO of Signet and advises RODO to develop and manage exit strategy. Signet is one of SK Group's portfolio companies. Prior to Signet, he was a Managing Director of Investments for SK USA, the U.S investment arm of SK Group in Seoul Korea. Mr. Oh brings more than 20 years of business development and investment experience. His investments include Teladoc, Plug Power, Li-Cycle, Grab, TURO, Otonomo, SunRun, Pure Cycle Technologies, Alice + Olivia and Mackage. Managing more than $1.5Bn in AUM. His experience spans corporate development and M&A advisory assignments across the healthcare technology, internet, mobility, e-commerce and clean technology sectors. Prior to SK USA, Mr. Oh worked at SK Telecom Ventures and Samsung Corporation. He also serves as a consultant at BlackWatch Advisors, a licensed broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a FINRA/SIPC member firm (www.finra.org).

Ms. Jedlicka has more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry and joined RODO Medical in August 2017. She has held various management roles including sales/marketing, customer onboarding and education, and overseeing new product launches and operations. Ms. Jedlicka holds a degree in Registered Nursing.
James Park, VP Operations

Mr. Park was the #2 employee of RODO Medical and has over 15 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing, QA and Regulatory Affairs in the medical device industry at startup companies. He holds a dual BSE in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science from University of Michigan, and an MSE in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Hodges has over 10 years of experience in executive and sales management in the hospital and healthcare industry. Over the past 7 years Mr. Hodges has been developing and supporting dentists, support staff and dental labs in the Midwest region at Aurum Group and Microdental. Mr. Hodges holds a Biological Science degree from Wayne State University.
Jessica Degroat, VP Operation RDP

Ms. Degroat has been promoted to the current role after the acquisition of CORE3d by RODO Medical. Prior to the promotion, she had been the Operations Manager at the HQs and its facility in Troy, MI since 2009. She has been instrumental in maintaining daily operations and generating stead growth annually while directly reporting to the president. Ms. Degroat holds a degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Mr. Meyers has spent 25 years advising private and public technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, licensing and commercial transactions, private financing transactions and corporate governance, both as a partner in a major national law firm and in solo practice.
